Courtesy Realty was established in La Verne in 1984 by the husband and wife team of Tom and Cindy Clabaugh.

Because of their strong belief in service, integrity and a "can-do" attitude towards the real estate business, Courtesy Realty has prospered and has the distinct accomplishment of being La Verne's longest established real estate company.

Tom was first licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1981 and achieved his Real Estate Broker's License in 1990.

Cindy was first licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1977 and achieved her Real Estate Broker's License in 1982.
